## Summary

A recent claim by Education and Sports Minister Sasmit Pokhrel that the government has reclaimed 705 ropanis of Tribhuvan University land in the Kathmandu Valley appears to be disputed. University staff and a visit to the campus suggest that the land has not been formally returned, contradicting the minister's assertion. The discrepancy has raised questions about the status of the land and the accuracy of the minister's statement, which was made in a lengthy Facebook post.
